Aim of PaCT-95 is to give an overview of new developments, applications and trends in parallel computing technologies. We sincerely hope this conference will help to deepen our understanding of parallel computing technologies by providing a forum for an exchange of views between scientists and specialists from many countries over the world. *Main topics:* o All aspects of the applications of parallel computer systems o Algorithms for all types of parallel computers o Languages, environments and software tools for parallel processing o Operating systems, scheduling, mapping, load balancing o General architecture concepts, enabling technologies o Performance measurement and analysis o Teaching parallel processing. *Call for papers:* Original papers are invited for the Conference. An extended abstract (ca. 5-7 pages) should be submitted to the conference address (see below). Electronic copies in plain ASCII, LaTeX format, or postscript are preferable. Alternatively, submissions may be sent by ordinary mail (four copies).
