  The Advanced Telecommunications Institute (ATI) in Stevens Institute
of Technology has been funded by Federal Government and Industry with
an aim to establish a nationally preeminent telecommunications 
institute for applied research. 
  The role of ATI is to initiate and provide telecommunications 
technology through applied research, development and technology 
transfer. In addition, ATI integrates state-of-the-art research into 
engineering education. To achieve this mission ATI invites resumes for
Post Doctoral Fellows from people with a proven track record of 
research in:
 o  ATM technology
 o  Network Management
 o  Multimedia Applications
 o  Protocol Architecture Definitions
 o  Performance Analysis.
ATI also invites highly qualified students who wish to pursue doctoral
studies at Stevens Institute of Technology. ATI provides stipend and
tuition for the duration of their studies.
