ACP'95 is meant to provide an overview of the current research, design and application activities related to ACP. It is also the appropriate workshop to present and discuss open problems in, or particular views on the ACP area. ACP'95 aims at all people working or interested in the field of ACP. Topics of the workshop may include: research and design issues in ACP, e.g., extensions with real-time or data; issues tailored to the application of ACP such as case studies or tools; open problems concerning ACP or particular views on ACP. *Invited Speakers:* J.A. Bergstra (UvA, Amsterdam, & UU, Utrecht), M.A. Bezem (UU, Utrecht), C.A. Middelburg (UU, Utrecht, & PTT Research, Leidschendam), G.J. Veltink (DeTeWe Kommunikationssysteme, Berlin). *Submissions:* Preferably, a submission comprises approx. 15 pages. The proceedings will contain two classical, introductory papers on ACP: `The algebra of communicating processes with empty process' by J.L.M. Vrancken, and `On the methodology of CCS and CSP' by R.J. van Glabbeek. Submissions need only introduce concepts not included in these papers. Please send your submission, preferably a PS-file, by email to acp@fwi.uva.nl, or 4 hard copies to the ACP'95 secretariat, see below. *Proceedings:* handed out at the workshop they will contain the above mentioned papers and the accepted submissions. These will be made available by anonymous ftp as soon as possible.
