The 2nd in a series of annual colloquia on Structural Information and Communication Complexity will be held in the Olympic Academy, next to the archaeological site of Olympia (the location is picturesque and serene, and the facilities, situated among pine and cypress trees were designed to host the members of the Olympic Games Committee). Original papers are solicited on the interaction between structural information and communication complexity in parallel and distributed computing. *Topics of interest* include: o topological awareness o sense of direction o metric information (e.g. number of nodes, diameter,...) o implicit routing (e.g. compact, interval,...) o complexity of constructing structural information o complexity of maintaining structural information *Submission* The colloquium will comprise position papers (outlining open problems, research directions etc.), presentations of current research and group discussions.
