The symposium will provide a forum for the presentation and exchange of current work in parallel and distributed processing including, but not limited to, the following areas: Artificial Intelligence; Computer Architecture; Data- & Knowledge-Base Systems; Distributed Computing; Image Processing; Interconnection Networks; Neural Networks; Operating Systems; Parallel Algorithms; Programming Languages; Scheduling & Resource Management; Applications.
Important Dates: The Theory Track Program Committee has decided to extend the deadline for submission to the Theory Track from Friday, March 17, 1995, to Monday, April 3, 1995. This is a firm deadline: 8 copies of submitted papers must reach the Theory Track Chair by that date. The System Track deadline is still Monday, April 3, 1995. Authors will be notified of the acceptance/rejection of papers by June 30, 1995. Final, camera-ready papers are due by July 31,1995.
Submissions: Prospective authors should consult the detailed submission information in the full version mentioned above.
Workshops: People wishing to organise a Full- or half-day workshop on specialized topics, can be held concurrently with SPDP, please send the following to the Workshops Chair: a detailed proposal, including workshop title, description of its scope and format, list of invited participants, and a summary vita of the workshop organizer(s). Workshop proposals are due March 17, 1995.
