                        Theory Postdoc Opening
           Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, SWEDEN

  We are looking for a postdoc for the academic year 1995/96 with
possible extension for a second year (depending on achievements and
success of grant applications).
  The theory group at Royal Institute of Technology consists of 2 full
professors (Arnborg, Hastad), 3 researchers (Goldmann, Kann, Lagergren)
and a number of graduate students. Our interests include:
 o  Complexity theory (in particular circuit complexity)
 o  Approximation algorithms
 o  Graph algorithms
 o  Cryptography
 o  Computational biology
  An applicant should be a recent Ph. D. of high international caliber
who is interested in any of the above areas.
