  *Topics.*  The workshop will be held as part of the activity of the
European network "Complexity, Logic and Recursion Theory", EC Contract
No. ERBCHRXCT930415. Several sessions will be devoted to the scientific
activity of the network, covering topics that range from relative
computability to structural complexity, randomness and arithmetic.
