  The Bulletin is published several times per year by the Max Planck
Institut f"ur Informatik, Saarbr"ucken, and Imperial College, London.
  The Bulletin is an attempt to solve a problem in the logic (in
particular, IGPL) community:
 o  Long delays and large backlogs in publication of papers in current
    journals.
 o  Very tight time limits and page number limits on submission.

  Papers in the final form should be in LaTeX.  The review process is
quick, and is usually made by other IGPL members.
  The Bulletin is available as an electronic journal as well as a hard
copy journal.
