  The Decision Support Systems (DSS) organization of TransQuest
Information Solutions, an AT&T and Delta Air Lines joint venture, is
interested in outstanding candidates who are considering consulting and
software development careers in Operations Research and Computer
Science.

  The qualified candidates will be responsible for the analysis of
operational problems and the development of large-scale decision
support systems for the transportation industry with immediate focus on
the airline industry. Requirements include an advanced degree in
Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field, strong
software development capabilities (e.g. UNIX, Windows development
environment, C++ programming, etc.), previous relevant work experience,
good interpersonal skills, and a high aptitude for problem solving.
Academic specialization and/or work experience in combinatorial/network
flow problems, forecasting, routing and scheduling are desirable.

  The selected candidates will work in Atlanta with a possibility of
short term training at AT&T Bell Laboratories in Holmdel, NJ.
