  2nd Annual Int'l Computing and Combinatorics Conference, COCOON'96
                      Hong Kong, June 17-19, 1996

  This conference is intended to provide a forum for researchers in 
theoretical computer science, combinatorics related to computing, and 
experimental analysis of algorithms. Typical, but not exclusive, topics
of interest include: algorithms and data structures, complexity theory,
computational algebra, biology, geometry, learning theory, number 
theory, cryptography, combinatorics related to algorithms and 
complexity, parallel and distributed computing, graph theory and 
communication networks and experimental analysis of algorithms.
  Submissions this year will be conducted electronically. Authors 
should send a PostScript file containing an extended abstract to 
Prof. Jin-Yi Cai, COCOON'96 Program Co-Chair, at
   cocoon96@cs.buffalo.edu

subject _HELP_. A detailed instruction on how to submit your paper will
be sent to you. For those who have no access to e-mails, one can send
