We invite papers in areas that relate directly to the analysis of learning algorithms and the theory of machine learning, including neural networks, statistics, statistical physics, Bayesian/MDL estimation, reinforcement learning, inductive inference, knowledge discovery in databases, robotics, and pattern recognition.
