                             Alonzo Church

  Alonzo Church, who was born on June 14, 1903 in Washington, D.C.,
died on Friday, August 11, 1995, in Hudson, Ohio at the age of 92.
  The family has suggested that in lieu of flowers memorial
contributions be made to the Association for Symbolic Logic
(1409 West Green Street, Urbana, IL 61801, USA) and marked
"For the Alonzo Church Fund".
